Our Team

Kimberly Wattrick, Founder
After a career in socially responsible investing, Kim launched Summit To Soul in 2015 to combine many of her passions into one business: fitness, fashion, and sustainability. Kim is a former collegiate tennis player and avid exercise enthusiast - you can often find her running long distances, hiking mountains, paddling along the Potomac, or on the tennis court. A long time resident of Washington, DC, Kim received her BA from Georgetown University and an MA in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins SAIS, where she won a national business plan competition for sustainable business practices. Kim is excited for her passion to continue fueling Summit To Soul's growth.

Madeline Mooney, Sales & Marketing Manager
Madeline received a BA in Neuroscience & Theatre from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in the UK. A Kentucky native, she is a recent transplant to Washington, DC. You can find her eating her way through the city, working in DC theatre, choreographing and dancing, or sweating at yoga classes in Capitol Hill. She's thrilled to be a part of the Summit To Soul team and to promote its sustainable, fun, and healthy lifestyle.

Brooke Peregrin, Sales & Run Club Co-Leader
Brooke received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Oklahoma in Environmental Science. Being an avid runner, she began coming to Hill Runners on Wednesday nights and soon inquired about being on the Summit to Soul team. She believes in the ethical-minded brands Summit to Soul carries and is passionate about supporting local businesses. If she isn't out and around DC on a run you can find her having a glass of wine on a patio or just enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Allison Guindon, Sales & Run Club Co-Leader
Allison received a BA in Spanish and Comparative Literature from Haverford College. A life-long athlete, she transitioned from pole vault to distance running after college, and has been attending Summit to Soul's weekly run club for the past 2 years. She is excited for her new role "on the other side of the desk" at Summit to Soul.  When she's not working or running, Allison can often be found at one of Capitol Hill's fabulous book stores or coffee shops.
